Refurbishment of an old 19th century Cadiz property. It is a family house consisting of a ground floor, three upper floors, an attic and a tower. Through this restoration, a distribution of spacious dwellings with two, three and four rooms was achieved, respecting and conserving the original structure of the building.

From the main entrance to the central courtyard, which distributes natural light to all the dwellings. In this courtyard is one of the attractions of this property, a small corner dedicated to the world of wine.

Climbing the restored stairs, which lead to the entrances of the different dwellings, we reach the top floor where the tower and incredible views of the old town of Cádiz and the bay are located.
